Вчера был невероятный трип, о каком я только могла мечтать. Попросила нашу хозяйку Габриэллу свозить куда-нибудь, куда она любит ездить сама и куда я без неё вряд ли доберусь. Поехали в горы, тут рядом с Палеокастро. Сначала женский монастырь: икона Анны, матери Богородицы, монашка древняя как все здесь, ткацкая мастерская, шторка ручного кружева тёплая даже сквозь пакет, прекрасный сад, зреющие авокадо и отростки герани у меня в кармане, все в дом. И тишина спокойная такая, что я бы осталась тут на несколько дней - но нет, комнаты не сдают. (more…)

Gaby is an amazing host she made me feel at home throughout my entire stay, she is an amazing yoga and meditation teacher as well, we did yoga in some of the best places with the most breathtaking view I Truly recommend taking a class, also check out her jewelry It’s really beautiful work. The beach it’s only les then a min away! And it’s not touristy at all so you will enjoy some peace and quiet. The best place to eat it’s on the way to the beach called Taverna Loukakis, Niko the owner it’s just amazing host he will help you with everything you need and the food is delicious and excellent price too. There is a mini market like 1 min away (everything is really close) there you will find everything you need and good price as well. If you want a place where you can reconnect with yourself away from the chaotic touristic places and enjoy some peace and quiet time with some breathtaking views this is your place. Don’t even think about it book it now! I stayed one month at gabys and my only regret was leaving.
